The Griffith Massage Centre provides a wholistic approach to health care offering a wide range of massage styles from relaxation to full remedial. The Centre also offers the complementary therapies of Corrective Exercises, Tarot Readings, Meditation and Yoga. The Centre aims to skill clients to maintain their own health and wellbeing. Therapists work with stretches, breathing techniques and stress management to fully utilise the benefits of massage therapy.
